Hello, my name is Katie Rostrup and I am the face behind Lil & Moo.
I am a fully certified and insured baby massage teacher as well as being qualified with NCT as an Antenatal practitioner and infant feeding counsellor.
With both our baby massage and baby spa classes, the emphasis isn't just on your baby it's on you as a parent too. Lil and Moo classes provide you with a chance to connect with other parents which can be invaluable in those early days with a young baby.
By creating a safe and calm environment with lights, music and aromatherapy scents, the aim is for you to leave feeling relaxed and recharged. The bonus is that whilst you are enjoying this, you get to bond with your baby and support them with their physical, emotional and cognitive development.
The massage skills that you learn can be used at home for a range of different scenarios and ailments for years to come.
